I’m starting a new podcast. What is the launch support service?
The Podcast Launch Support package is a one-time, done-with-you service designed to help you get your podcast set up and launch with confidence.
It covers the key stages of a podcast launch, including planning, setup, recording preparation and the editing and publishing of your first three episodes. Support is focused on creating a clear, organised process so you know exactly what’s happening at each stage.
You will record the episodes and I’ll support you behind the scenes with editing, publishing and launch preparation. By the end, your podcast will be live and you’ll have a clear understanding of how everything fits together going forward.
Tell me more about the 'podcast reset support'
Podcast Reset Support is a one-time service for existing podcasters who feel disorganised, stuck, or overwhelmed by their current setup.
The focus is on reviewing your existing podcast workflow and identifying what isn’t working for you. I’ll help you understand where things are getting messy or inefficient and provide clear recommendations to improve structure and flow across planning, production and publishing.
This service is about clarity and organisation rather than content delivery. It does not include editing or publishing episodes and is designed to help you move forward with a more manageable process.
What does podcast management include?
Monthly Podcast Management (Retainer) is an ongoing remote support option for podcasters who want help with the regular behind-the-scenes tasks involved in running a podcast.
It’s designed for podcasters who already have a clear setup in place and want to hand over editing and publishing tasks for a set number of episodes each month. Support is agreed in advance and limited to up to four episodes per month.
Monthly Podcast Management Support is offered on a limited basis to ensure consistent, hands-on support for each client.
How is this different from a podcast agency?
You work directly with me. Support is personal, structured and focused on your workflow.
Is Podcast launch support right for me?
Podcast Launch Support is a good fit if you want guidance, structure and behind-the-scenes support to help you launch your podcast.
This is a done-with-you service. You will be responsible for recording your episodes and completing simple client-led tasks, while I guide you through the process and support you with planning, setup, editing and publishing during the launch phase.
If you’re looking for a fully done-for-you service where everything is handled on your behalf, or ongoing marketing and social media management, a podcast agency may be a better fit for you.
Will I work directly with you?
Yes. When you work with me, you’ll always communicate directly with me. I take the time to understand how you work and build a simple, organised process that suits your podcast and your business.
Do you work in-person with clients?
I work remotely with podcasters via calls and online collaboration tools. I do not travel to client studios or offices – all work, preparation and support happens online.
Can you support other areas of my business too?
Yes. Many business owners need support beyond their podcast. If you also need help with website content updates, digital products, online systems or ongoing business operations, we can discuss how those services can work alongside your podcast support.
