With over 20 years’ experience in admin and operations from Personal Assistant to Systems Support, I understand what it takes to keep businesses running efficiently behind the scenes.
When I kicked off my career, Oasis and the Spice Girls were topping the charts, CDs were the go to music format and ‘working online’ meant taking over the family phone line while hoping the dial-up connection didn’t drop mid email. I guess this is where my patience for technology comes from.
While the platforms have evolved, the fundamentals remain the same – organised systems, reliable implementation and structured support create stability. I handle it all remotely from the comfort of my own office (and superfast broadband).
