I bring 20 years of experience in admin, operations and behind-the-scenes wizardry, having worked as a Personal Assistant, System Support Administrator and Consumer Quality Advisor before jumping into the world of online business support.

Picture this – when I kicked off my career, Oasis and the Spice Girls were topping the charts, CDs were the go to music format and “working online” meant hogging the family phone line while praying the dial-up didn’t drop mid email (IYKYK).

Thankfully, times have changed but one thing hasn’t, people still need reliable, organised support to keep everything running smoothly. Now, I handle it all remotely from the comfort of my own office (and superfast broadband 😉).

Over the years, I’ve worked with incredible business owners and I know firsthand how much effort goes into keeping everything moving but there’s only so much one person can do.
